I noticed that your AAV MW is listed as 3.7 kDa, but that's just the empty capsid. The packaging capacity is small at 4.7 kb, but the genome actually adds a decent amount of weight (~1.5 kDa)
How does this affect your process yield?

@liperrea6 @JenAhmedSilva1 @TylerMc05727002 @KristineUmeh @luke8472 We opted for the microemulsions because the thermodynamic stability improves the shelf life of the product. We were worried that a nanoemulsion process might severely impact the stability over long time periods.
