@JJForsterIII @NU_ChemE Yes, our process is based off the process for producing AAV9. It definitely does come with some difficulties, which is why there are some yield losses in downstream. However, scalable cGMP manufacturing currently exists for AAV9 along with AAV2 and AAV8 (according to literature)
