Lady, 23 yo, left sided; ASUC in feb 2026, rescue therapy with IFX + thiopurine, admitted today for 15 bloody stools per day, CRP 80 mg/l, T° 38.2, 100 bmp, TA 110/60. Looking at the cine loop and endoscopic picture what is most likely:
