@rogersmichalski @heitor_44 That’s the key distinction. The headline number can hide a lot.

@rogersmichalski Would you say this is a better environment for income focused investors than it was a year or two ago?

[William Mendes @william_piro]

@jordygraffiti @rogersmichalski I think it still makes sense for now, but it feels like the market may be underestimating how strong a bond rebound could be if rates start coming down.

The five largest hyperscalers are on track to spend near $760 billion on infrastructure in 2026, nearly double 2025. This is the capex commitment that underwrites the load projections priced into PJM's capacity market.

Yields remain above 5 percent across investment grade and high yield credit even as spreads sit at multi-year tights. The income comes from the rate curve, not from spread pickup, and that changes the case for active credit selection.

QQQ's 30-day implied volatility rank sits between 64 and 84 across vendor sources, well above the trailing twelve month average near 47. Elevated IV is what makes systematic options selling on the Nasdaq worth reopening.

$SPY is below our trendline and below the 15 day line - I'm expecting more consolidation and possible weakness taking us to the 50 day line below us.

@jordygraffiti @rogersmichalski Agree — this level of underweight has historically been a better buy signal than most expect.

@rogersmichalski Office still under real pressure. The gap is hard to ignore.

Do you know panic triggers massive, forced capital flows?

Even in those brutal market conditions, live alerts hit an 85.7% win rate and over 200% return on risk.

REIT sector winners Q1 2026: Self-storage +9.2%. Strip centers +8.6%. Healthcare +5.1%. The losers: Office -12.8%. Apartments -7.6%. Sector selection drives returns.

SpaceX set an IPO record. Now there’s hope that Anthropic could shatter it. https://t.co/gVb1b45rFT This could happen, but it should not last. AI is not making our world as a whole that much more productive. It is not showing up in GDP.

[Roger Michalski @rogersmichalski]

The options market is also showing this trend, with implied movements increasing ahead of $NVDA earnings and the Jackson Hole event.

@rogersmichalski This caught my eye. Looking for higher guaranteed income streams that aren’t just short-term CDs. Is the 10.3% still available or has the limited-time window closed?

@rogersmichalski Jim Woods must have written something good if it pulled the vinyl out. Classic choice.
