Le corrijo! A New Fortress NO SE LE DIO EL MUELLE. Usted debería saberlo porque usted trabajaba en fortaleza para ese tiempo.

Necesitábamos gas para mover las generadoras que llegaron y que proveyó FEMA ante la pérdida que tuvimos por los huracanes. Nadie quería venir a suplirnos porque ni existían las facilidades y Puerto Rico estaba en quiebra.

Apareció New Fortress incluso dispuesta a hacer unas facilidades provisionales para desembarcar el gas a cambio del contrato por el suplido. El gobierno se percata de que detrás de la central San Juan existen estas tuberías donde se solía desembarcar petróleo y de las cuales una compañía se había quedado prácticamente con ellas. Eran unos cantitos de tubo tampoco estamos hablando de unas facilidades adecuadas. El gobierno las tomó e hizo un contrato de app por el cual NEW FORTRESS no pagaría y las mantendria en tanto estuvieran supliendo el gas, después de todo ellos eran los únicos dispuestos a suplirnos Y SIGUE SIENDO PROPIEDAD DEL GOBIERNO. Y eso fue todo lo que el gobierno concedió a cambio de que le suplieran el gas.

Lo del muelle responde a que es la ubicación más próxima a esa tubería y el barco tiene que quedarse allí hasta que se vacíe porque aquí nunca se preparó unidades de almacenamiento para ese gas y tampoco hicieron los gasoductos.

Usted debería saber eso porque en ese tiempo en el 2019 usted estaba en @lafortalezadepr como secretaria de prensa.

Eso fue en la administración de @ricardorossello. Ese al que usted llama arrodillao le dieron LIMONES e hizo Limonada.

Fue luego de eso para el 2020 cuando el ya no estaba que NEW Fortress se interesó en la GENERACION y esa operación DE @Genera_PR comenzó en 2023.

Y en Enero 2026 se fueron a QUIEBRA.

Espero haberle aclarado el punto. El Gobierno de PR no concedió muelle eso es propiedad del Gobierno, lo que si concedió a cambio de suplido fue el uso de los CANTITOS DE TUBERIA adyacentes a ese muelle detrás de la Central San Juan en una APP que sigue siendo del Gobierno también.
