@FlyFrontier Can you kindly instruct your customer support that Puerto Rico is part of the US and not part of Mexico? This agent insisted it was Mexico. You are incorrectly charging an "International Transportation Tax" for domestic flights from PR to other parts of the US.

@Taskrabbit I'm living in the States, as millions of other Puerto Ricans with PR phone numbers. Not asking for an expansion to PR (which could be cool), but instead to ask your tech team to enable PR phone numbers for US accounts (as PR is part of the US). Thanks!

Unless you are in a loan payment scheme with Sunnova, VPP payments are exclusively sent by mail-in check to PR residents.

@aaronp613 Apple Pay as a payment method has worked in Puerto Rico for years now. However, currently, the vast majority of cards issued by local banks in Puerto Rico do not offer Apple Pay integration. @aaronp613 is trying to say this gap will likely be bridged soon.

THREAD: I spoke with Naji Khoury, CEO of Liberty Communications of Puerto Rico. He said if the power outages on the island stretch into next week cellular towers will start to go down as diesel becomes harder to find/distribute to fill the generators running powering the towers.
