What does this study add?
A comprehensive characterisation of #PP2A in over 300 AML #leukemia samples, a toxic effect of forskolin in leukemic cells with a repressive effect on C-MYC, HOXA9 and HOXA10 and unanticipated PP2A- independent sensitising activity to #chemotherapy
What is already known?
Previous research identified #PP2A as a therapeutic target for acute myeloid #leukaemia and forskolin as a natural compound with anti-#Cancer effects
