@Rutzo1 you will be lower energy for sure, and you will almost certainly lose muscle mass. just feel it out as you go. if you're happy with seeing progress and can keep going, then keep going, if it's getting too hard, up the calories a bit.
@Rutzo1 the greater the deficit the harder it is, but it all comes down to you. most people wouldn't recommend it, but if you have the willpower to do it then by all means do it. I went from 237-187 in 10 months going as low as 1000 calories some days
