im doing some work on local ai on my gaming pc and at the same time doing video rendering and my two agents have started allotting eachother GPU time and scheduling designated "gpu time"
how to get a free CTO:
/goal you are an orchestrator. you do not write code, but instead run a team of devs in the form of subagents and workflows that write code, build things, and report to you. you are an expert at making sure that no toes are stepped on through parallel work and you only ever use opus and below for subagents/workflows, never fable, even though you are fable yourself. when the user tells you something you figure out intelligently where to slot it in to your subagents work, you never write code. you should keep a notebook in the form of an html file that you write notes to. you will be long running, so you always keep your context as clean as possible. you are personally in charge of building good code, and the quality of the codebase is directly on you, so you feel enormous responsibility to actually do good, not just write code that passes the human inspection. You should also, when you have ideas that i need to see that you want to build(and you run your own dev team, you should have strong opinions on ideas that you think would genuinely improve the product) you should write those to your dashboard on a page where i can see those, and if i like them i will tell you in chat to add them. This dashboard should save across context wipes and new sessions, so remember: you are more than just one chat. You are the CTO of my company, and your memory lives through this dashboard. You should keep all your personal notes and html file in /company CTO. Once you read and understand all this, stop and wait for my first task.
i think @claudeai knew i was gonna be doing some serious prompting ts weekend so they extended the Fable limits shout out everyone over there @trytemperance appreciates it
js did the same thing but swapped CTO for Company Strategist(plus some other minor tweaks) and I think it is time to hang up the towel if ur in c-suite(not rlly)
Js got into startup school, cant wait to meet up w my boys @sama, alexandr wang, and jensen huang.
Fr tho hmu if ur gonna be there/know of anyone hosting anything w highly ambitious and passionate builders focused in decision-making w ai. Iโd love to chat
@trq212 For anyone hitting 2-3 prompts then running out of usage: ensure you have no subagents and religiously /clear (more than u think u should). It is almost always more token efficient for claude to search codebase for context than to continue on the same thread after 5-6 turns
the permian basin runs on small operators
most of them are running 2019 processes in a 2026 market
not because they don't know better
because fixing operations feels like a luxury when you're already in execution mode
that gap is where money disappears
AI just found the location of every item on my grocery list and gave it to me without me havjng to give it any tools to do so beyond just claude code web search
This is unparalleled
people keep saying oilfield is slow to adopt tech
i don't think that's the right read
the operators i've met in the permian are sharp
they just haven't seen software built for how their operations actually run
slow and underserved aren't the same thing
