I will agree with you that the police car could’ve boxed in the other vehicle better. But shooting the ground much less the tires could cause rounds to fragment on the ground and hit other people. But I will say that there’s no reason why the police we should’ve wasted 15 seconds on trying to get through the guys window with their hands when they have a tool to break it immediately. They could’ve broken his window and dragged him out in the first 10 seconds of getting to him.

@gotrice2024 Use credit card, call the bank. Tell them there is about to be a fraudulent charge. Call the city/company that’s in charge of the parking lot and tell them your issue provided with proof of arrival, exit and current rate. If they don’t respond, take them to court.
