@patrickwebb JUST IN: When you total your car in an accident, you still owe for the loan and registration. It doesn't magically absolve you of responsibility.
@cybrtrkguy So now when one component fails and shorts the bus (or voltage line now) the whole car dies, including the door handles and windows. Exciting tech
@_TikiTorture@DegenSpartan I've done ACH and wires, they were with Signature as a processor and had to temporarily stop ACH's until they found another banking partner when Sig went down. AFAIK they have a new one setup from the comms I've gotten but admittedly I have not done any withdrawals since then
@CL207@cmsholdings@mgnr_io I had a similar experience. I accidentally bridged ~150k of a stablecoin back into my FTX account instead of my wallet, and got sent an IOU because bridge ran out of liquidity. They credited my account but never redeemed the IOU. It's still sitting there, over a year later.
@gainzy222 Are the last two proven? Obviously an app update right as hack and bankruptcy occurs is sus. But never saw anything definitive.
And the plaid thing was supposedly a normal thing, saw people noting other exchanges did same without user interaction, like a validation check.
