@Jetstar_NZ I’ve finally heard from Jetstar customer service, but they’re not offering to refund the full amount, even though this was guaranteed by Jetstar staff numerous times.

What on earth is happening here?

@Jetstar_NZ are refusing to process a refund for a hotel I was forced to book after they cancelled a flight from Sydney to Auckland last-minute. Literally hung up on me.
