We’ve been at the @HFL_Education HR Conference today.
Our CEO Dr Alan Lee was one of the keynote speakers and told delegates about his journey and the impact mindfulness is having in our schools.

Mindfulness leads from across BEST held their latest strategy group meeting this morning.
@willmindfulness provided an update of the ongoing positive impact across our schools and the @MiSPcharity Pathways Model, while CEO Dr Alan Lee spoke about compassionate leadership.
One of today’s inset day sessions @SamWhitAcademy focused on mindfulness.
BEST Mindfulness Coach @willmindfulness gave staff an insight into the practice and detailed the benefits we as a trust make available - including courses for staff and @MiSPcharity curricula to pupils.
Year 3 and 4 pupils @lva_info and @GothicMede have been attending Paws B mindfulness sessions this term with @willmindfulness

Teacher explained yesterday that every yr- for over 30 - she became poorly the first week of the summer hols. This yr however, she didn’t. The 2 #mindfulness courses she had completed @BedsSchTrust had created greater equanimity: she felt happy, peaceful + grateful @MiSPcharity
