@wbuxtonofficial@British_Airways Had the same. Utterly useless. Then an email from CEO Sean Doyle saying they are working on the call centre issues and it is their number one priority. A fish rots from the head and it must be time the CEO went. Canβt blame Covid forever. Take responsibility and just go. Enough!
@British_Airways Day 6 of calling BA and they simply say we are too busy to take calls. What the hell is going on??? Am I meant to book new tickets on another airline? Atrocious service. Actually there is no service as you can't speak to anyone.
@British_Airways Yes, we know you are taking lots of calls. But how do I change a ticket for a 7 year old to add him to another booking without speaking to you? I can't! I've called hundreds of times at different hours day/night, same message each time. We can't take your call!!
@GarminUK My brand new MARQ series watch has a fault since day 1. I reported the issue, opened support case 3/8/30. Can I get any resolution or support? NONE. Shocking service given this is an expensive watch. I've emailed, called, emailed more. We are "investigating".. So poor.
