If this was just their baseline designs for the characters i would understand the dislike for the art but their reasoning for drawing the characters in this way is fine. Its a caricature

@Tron_Catt_ Its obviously easier for the artist to work with them because of their pre existing mental illnesses, they know most if not all of their canon symptoms and now all they have to do is learn how to portray that rather than making up a whole new person and having to flesh them out
