@RomanNorthman Iβm talking specifically here in Phoenix. We jumped on it because we didnβt see anyone else doing it and our promo has been super successful.
My crew started doing these matinee coffee shop takeovers in Phoenix and in the last week Iβve seen ads for 3 other events trying to do the same thing. Word spreads fast.
@METAPCs Iβve had a 144hz monitor for over a decade and honestly Iβve found that after 90fps i canβt really tell the difference in most games. Unless itβs like CS or another super fast arena shooter, it really doesnβt make a difference for me. 90 the sweet spot.
@buildwtim@redroomrantings I store herbs in jars with water, lettuce and leafy veggies in 1 crisper drawer with the vent closed and fruits and hardy vegetables in the other crisper drawer with the vent open. Some stuff like apples and carrots will last months.
@thesamuelnam Mac OS runs through a desktop compositor called Quartz and itβs double buffered. Windows runs the desktop through WDM and is triple buffered and drops any late frames at scanout.
Metal apps render directly to display and bypass the buffer in full screen so itβs a non issue.
@LostMemeArchive Itβs why I got Crackdown, but honestly it was one of the most fun games Iβve ever played. Hated the 2nd one though, and the 3rd. That type of game just doesnβt hit like it did back then.
@ExistentialEnso You know you can just configure the touchbar to show the F keys and they behave exactly like the physical ones? How was functionality lost?
@nagus_w@Olrak29_ Is it hell? Iβve been using Windows 11 ARM through Parallels on my M3 Mac for years and havenβt had a single issue? Is this just a gaming opinion?
