Huge thanks to Phil Skelton, Independent Alliance Councillor Maria Casserley and Ministers Regina Doherty and Ciaran Cannon. Without their persuasion I would hadly have decided to order the introduction of today’s Minimum Passing Distance (MPD)law to protect cyclists .
