@ChicagoBears So you’re doubling down on the guy who single-handedly botched the Illinois bill, who was hired for ONE JOB and we’re 3 years in… how can a board of directors *genuinely* ALL be so incompetent…
@Scotsman_D87@jasrifootball Dude, as someone who watched for him for 3 full years. He DOES NOT have the processing speed to operate as an NFL QB. This is completely unrelated to Aaron Glenn.
Do you want the jets to run an option offense? You think that works in the nfl? Because that’s “his strengths”.
@Blahf7@Zack_Pearson The chart is ugly enough even without that context! Defenses know you’re not gonna take deep shots, they’ll hover in the 10-20 yard range and just destroy him. WE SAW IT LAST NIGHT!
@kurt13warner Can you explain, why does the eye test tell such a different story? Maybe this game in a vacuum is one thing. But there are a lot of mistakes that felt like ones he made last year. The airmailing, the awful screen passes.. it just doesn’t seem like other NFL quarterbacks do that.
@BeardownRocko @MaxMarkhamNFL What made it look so much better? I mean he was airmailing guys, not taking the deep shots that were there, what exactly about seeing all the receivers made it look better?
@bearszn What do you expect him to actually do? Honestly. The mistakes in last nights game happened over and over during training camp. Ben Johnson said as much postgame. His solution is to go to the silent count? That’s defeatism. This is extremely concerning, you can’t not see it.
@Spursfanfolife@NyckBetter His first quarter was okay. Hit his checkdowns, but that shouldn’t be reason to cheer. He failed to pull the trigger on at least a couple deep balls that should have been big chunks. Don’t know if he doesn’t see it, doesn’t trust it, or what. But it’s alarming. 18 starts in.
