@Geopost_news I’ve spoken on the phone and via chat. Both couldn’t do what i wanted. Preferences cannot be changed after you set them🤷🏼‍♂️. I’ve deleted my details twice and set them again, which worked but this morning I’ve looked and it’s back to deliver to a designated neighbour🤬.

@Geopost_news why can’t i remove a neighbours address from my preferences if I’m not going to be in. The app greys out when i try to and won’t save. iPhone or iPad and there’s no way to register anymore and do this online. Also just tried via the phone and she was clueless.
