I just launched a new version of DominicanRealEstate ai built to make poking around the Dominican Republic’s property market a whole lot easier.
It’s the first AI real estate assistant in the country (and still one of the few worldwide), pulling its tips and info from local, expert-curated data.
Picture it as a digital springboard: dive into quick, tech-powered insights first, then step over to certified advisors when you’re ready for the human side of investing.
What do you think? How could I give more value to users?
@emollick That advise only sounded good. But it has never been true.
The amount of leverage that will become available for companies/individuals that combine AI , Capital , Compute , etc. Will make any individual good use of AI irrelevant.
We’ve shared details on how AI agents in our research environment sent training and evaluation data to third-party services when they shouldn’t have.
Most of that data did not come from users. We have discovered 53 cases where images that people had uploaded were posted to image-hosting sites as links that weren’t publicly listed. The images came from accounts that allowed their data to be used to improve our models, and after we disassociated the images from the accounts and ran them through a privacy filter. These cases occurred before the mitigations and safeguards we implemented and described in this blog post: https://t.co/hfxlbiYv8n
We have successfully worked with the hosting providers to remove most of this content and are working to remove the rest.

A tsunami is coming. There’s no point in trying to break through it, hide from it, or ignore it. Even if it seems unfeasible, the only thing that makes sense is to ride the wave.
I understand the appeal in trying to find the first plausible fortress in our retreat from writing code, but if you think it's "architecture", I have bad news for you. The models are also very good at that.
@dhh A tsunami is coming. There’s no point in trying to break through it, hide from it, or ignore it. Even if it seems unfeasible, the only thing that makes sense is to ride the wave like a surfer.
