This is condition of Base Hospital in Srinagar(Garhwal), Uttarakhand my hometown. Health minister of state is MLA from this place. He will have no mice at his own home but hospital hai sab chalta hai !!

This is the only government hospital in whole area. You can hear voices of small infants and patients beds next to it. A soldier Bhupal Singh Kathayt who was protesting against deteriorating Health system in state is missing from last 3 days.
