我的背景情况：
国内美院毕业
在校期间有过三段实习 都是设计岗
虽然不是大厂但履历也够用了
毕业后就进了一家 web3 项目方公司做 UI 设计
之后炒土狗挣到钱后 今年 3 月份就离职了
也算是有了 web3 经验
对我后期找web3 公司当垫脚石

他们内推只要能力不差基本都能进

所以我们在吹水的简历
提前做好功课把你不太熟的部分写出来
问到你其中一个问题照着读就行了

谈薪啥的这个就看你能力结合自身情况来
就好比我
在 web2就 1w 薪资
我在 web3 就敢报 3w 薪资
不能往少了报
你得让hr 觉得你值得这个价格
面试多往自己脸上贴金
不能被他们压一头

怕面试就多面试
不管合不合适先去面了再说
面试多了就脱敏了
也不会有那种压迫感
对于之后谈薪 面试也会有帮助
不然面试支支吾吾 磕磕绊绊
一点信心没有 非常减分
