@StinkRatsCharms@GraceRoe5142 I like gently massaging the tightness. Not so much to be releasing knots. Because the tight muscle is there to protect an unstable joint. But like to get blood into the area and release stuck fascia (I think I’m doing that anyways lol)
@StinkRatsCharms@GraceRoe5142 Yeah I second Roe if you suspect or know you are hypermobile and/or EDS. Stretching always bites me in the ass now that I’m not big n stwong. Getting blood into the tight area and moving it and releasing fascia works for me when I can’t do strengthening exercises.
@StinkRatsCharms Literally could never imagine coercing my partner into anything that fcking hurts or they just dont wanna
*wait I remember a story in my fb group from a cys man about a past relationship w a woman! I didn’t mean to imply women are above it, it’s just very lopsided in tht group
@StinkRatsCharms I have a chronic condition that can make sex painful. I’m in a fb group for it and wowee the shitty stories I see. I think it’s always from cys women having trouble w their cys men husbands (obvs any gender can be coercive but ya know majority of ppl are in cyshet relationships)
Apparently June is scoliosis awareness month as well as pride month, so it's just a great month for people like me who are not straight in any way, shape, or form
@MaskedHottiee I just mumbled something then we changed the subject. One nice thing about passive aggressive Midwestern white people… we just move on when we don’t agree (not good for a lot of relationships that require conflict resolution , but good for this COVID nonsense w most people)
@MaskedHottiee My gma recently told me “church won’t get you sick,” like the air is any different than any old gathering of 100 people. And no I’m never telling her I’m not really even Christian anymore 😅 Jesus is cool but I read the Bible once, that’s enough I know what’s in there 🤨🤣
@BanteringUJack@GraceRoe5142 Cooling the air is so much cheaper than heat, too. My AC bill is so nice even when it’s in the middle of summer, compared to South Dakota winters at least!
Ok I’m late to the British houses holding in the heat… doesn’t that just mean they are insulated? Genuinely curious. Apparently housing standards are pretty high in SD. We have well insulated buildings too. Holds in the heat in the winter, then holds in the AC too?
@BanteringUJack@GraceRoe5142 Yeah I think the confusion is—does that mean you are well insulated? Houses where I live in America are also well insulated. But that means the cool AC air stays in as well. I understand it’s hard to get AC into your houses though. Just letting you know that they will stay cool…
@BanteringUJack@GraceRoe5142 …once you get AC figured out over there, if your houses are well-insulated (if that’s what “keep the heat in” means at least). And I hope you all do figure something out, truly!
I basically don’t trust any claims of a naturally slender woman in the public eye. Chances are good she’s still careful (ie, food plan, wee bit o’ a diet) about what she eats… so what does that mean then? Naturally slender? Not trying to be tricky I’m just like… 🤷♀️
Like if my niece or little cousin came up to me and asked me about bodies, male or female or whatever, in the public eye, I wouldn’t point to one slender celeb and say “oh but that one is naturally thin.” We don’t know?? Girls have been on diets in the western world for decades..
Based solely on the positions I’ve put myself in the past to shave the bikini area, yeah I think that’s an easy assumption. A real wide squat to reach around in that CREVASSE. Leg up on a ledge (tub, sink, toilet…) to reach around in that ~*CrEvAsSe*~
Wait so I’ve never gotten a wax before. Prolly never will. But when you go, it’s like literally full hole? Ur spreading full hole in front of someone’s face??
@GraceRoe5142 I know ableism is apparently a whole nother beast in Europe. Which I learned from COVID. So like, maybe they don’t care… But damn those yearly deaths from heat are too high and super possible to solve omg.
@GraceRoe5142 Idk what the state of the government is, but sounds like the govt has to help them get AC! Grants, maybe pay architects/engineers/contractors/HVAC experts to figure out a solution that then can be applied… dip into the slavery and colonialism funds (tax the rich fckers?)
@GraceRoe5142 Oh yeah no AC is the main issue for sure. But clearly “our houses hold in the heat” is not enough info for us lol. What do you mean by that?? Like give us one more piece of info please.
Yes I imagine keeping the timber DRY was/is a big deal there. Dampness just everywhere yikes
