All that arguing, disrespecting each other outta anger, then acting normal later don’t sit right with me. You can apologize, but some words stick with you forever. We might talk again, laugh again & even be cool again… but every time you cross that line, something in me changes. Once I start losing respect for you, I’ll never look at you the same. 🎯
i’m so talked out, i’m not addressing shit anymore. the answers are always in people’s actions anyway. i don’t need an explanation for why you chose to move weird with me, you moved weird. i saw it. that’s enough. ✌🏽
Tolerating always turns to resentment. At first, you call it patience, then love. But what it really is, is self-abandonment. Every time you swallow a boundary, excuse a pattern, or silence your discomfort, something inside you keeps score. And eventually, the bill comes due.
Nobody apologizes anymore, They just disappear and call it moving on. Accountability died somewhere between pride and ego. People would rather lose someone than admit they were wrong.
We've normalized walking away instead of working through it. Communication became optional, ghosting became the standard response to discomfort. Even closure isn't guaranteed anymore, people just leave you with questions and call it self care. Growth without honesty isn't growth, it's just avoidance wearing a better outfit.
I believe that people's actions can make it clear that they have no respect or regard for you, regardless of what they say. Their actions clearly indicate that they don't value you. When you notice this, take it for what is.
Some of y’all are really bad people, bad friends, bad family. Please stop acting and pretending like you were the good person in bad situations. You weren’t & you know you weren’t. Some of y’all owe a lot of people apologies, even if it doesn’t include reconnecting.
