@otherscottlowe it's a good helpdesk, but if you are running v3 keep it :-) you won't find anything completely new on v4

@otherscottlowe and we use to pay 50 usd to upgrade to lastest version, now it went up to 500usd to update the helpdesk between v4 versions.

@otherscottlowe the upgrade went well, the problem was that v4 came with less functionalities than v3.. No mass reply, no mobile, no hotkey
