@garminconnect why do I need to enter my 2FA security code almost every time I log into connect? I check the "remember me" box but it doesn't seem to work.
@russfee @BigtimeYYC @RealCdnSS I'm glad it was that easy for you. I did put in a complaint. They wanted me to contact Door Dash to resolve the issue. We ordered directly from Superstore so we refused so they're escalating internally and I'm waiting to hear back.
@BigtimeYYC @russfee@RealCdnSS They used Door Dash for the delivery. I've use Door Dash for food enough to know that the experience with one driver can be completely different than another.
@HomeDepotCanada Why do your website pages use so much memory? I'm watching it in devtools and a single page's memory use will grow to 2GB before chrome just kills the page. Happens on every page on the site if just left to sit for a few minutes.
@joshyyc @adgelessness I was working downtown until 2012 when my company decided to close its Calgary office due to costs. 100+ of us were told we could move to an office in Ontario or California or take a package. So ya, office space was needed. Although we did free up 2 full floors.
@AnnaliseAK My only concern is that as a climber sometimes you need to leave the parking lot at 2 or 3am to have time for a summit and I'm not sure what the options will be. Or the exit from Mt Aberdeen is halfway down the road. We used to park on a tiny pullout. Will we have to walk?
@dtloewen Have you been to Moraine Lake? Fewer visitors is a good thing. It seems weird to me to claim to value our land and our parks, while challenging this change without providing an alternative plan that would help people visit without causing more harm to nature.
@JasonCoppingAB But at least schoolboards aren't allowed to take steps to protect the children anymore. Some gall putting out a statement like this right after putting out legislation to prevent schools from taking steps to reduce further fatalities.
@jbrough@ABDanielleSmith@JyotiGondek I'm not sure about that. Once in Banff, it's pretty easy use transit or walk to get around for most things in the townsite. If I'm going to Edmonton I'm going to want a car to get around, which makes taking a train a less appealing option.
@cityofcalgary The cost to run the facility exists regardless so that's not really a good excuse. Does it cost the city less to clean up the piles of furniture left next to those recycling bins in retail parking lots?
@cityofcalgary Why is there a $25 min charge at the landfill? I just wanted to dispose of 2 broken lawnchairs and $25 seems excessive. I suspect this is the reason people dump so much garbage around the city.
