Sure, it would be worse if Trump arrested a judge for ruling against him. But, that this happened during his first term too simply is not a reason to think it is okay now. Also, how about a little concern for the fact that she was arrested at the courthouse?

Before we start losing it due to the Feds arrest of Judge Dugan, we need to see the criminal complaint or indictment which was the basis for the arrest. We need more facts. Judges have been arrested before for obstruction of justice by the Fed, including obstruction of an ICE arrest (see below). If the admin arrests a judge for simply ruling against Trump, that’s the time we all should be outraged. This isn’t that time.
