These people are setting wrong precedents.
FIFA and all the host countries should organise, play and watch the games themselves.
Very soon, countries will start to tactically weaken club sides in uefa competitions to gain competitive edge for their native clubs. Imagine Spain denying Hakimi visa to play in a champions league semifinals against Barcelona.
@Madridghost1 Dey play….
sometimes it’s quality, other times it’s cost.
Before you get a comparable quality to the rest top tier Jean trouser we buy in Nigeria, you will be looking at £85 and above.
Yes pre game analysis was okay but you know and I know that games turns. There was a point in the game where PSG lost steam and their best players, Dembele went off, Kvicha went off, Doue was not in the game, Fabian went off.
Arsenal arguably made better subs quality wise, Gyokeres, Madueke, Martinelli, Zubi; they should have tried and gone for PSG’s flesh. But they kept kicking it high and wide.

Football need more than one’s talent. You need luck(at least to stay injury free), financial and family support and of course agents, coaches and politicians who are invested in your career.
This also true in Europe. For every Bellingham you see today, there is a mum or a dad who followed him thousands of kilometres for trainings, trials and matches, who brokered deals with agents to help find a club, who negotiated with coaches and sporting directors to try and give their kid a chance.
In all these, talent hasn’t been mentioned yet.
Of course there are outliers, where the talent is too good to ignore.
@kingkhone4real@dammiedammie35 This is one of the disadvantages of social media monetisation, people now deliberately post silly things just to farm enough engagement.
Those days once I see a tweet from a verified account, usually it’s always a good submission but now, most are posting for engagements.
“I don’t even know the position he plays”, he hasn’t been more decisive for us”, “we need players who contribute more to team spirit”.
I don’t know if all these quotes from Tuchel were true but if I am a player, don’t call me to tell me any of these as the reason for dropping me from the squad.
@FisayoDairo I think most of us didn’t see/hear Mikel do interviews that much during his playing days, people are now pleasantly shocked to hear him speak with this accent. To be fair, you could see that it’s just the way the young man speaks even before stardom.
At this point, Atiku seems to be working against the whole Nigeria. ADC alone would have found it difficult to defeat APC, more so now that the oppositions are further divided.
Imagine APC against a united oppositions in ADC with Obi and Kwankwaso. They will give the ruling party a run for their money.
APC will comfortably win in 2027, purely because a divided opposition is good for the incumbent.
DevOps is a cycle
You don’t need to master all of Linux before starting Docker
You don’t need to master all of Docker before starting Kubernetes
And you don’t need to master everything before building
Start, get stuck, go back
Learn what blocked you and move forward again
Every DevOps tool exists because something kept breaking.
Fix the problem, build a tool:
- Docker
Environments were inconsistent across machines
- Kubernetes
Running containers at scale became chaos
- Terraform
Infra was manual and impossible to track
- Ansible
Server setup was repetitive and error-prone
- Prometheus
No clear way to measure system health
- Grafana
Metrics existed but no way to actually see patterns
- ELK
Logs were everywhere, impossible to search
- Jenkins
Deployments were manual and unreliable
- Git
No control over changes and history
- Nginx
Handling traffic at scale was painful
- HAProxy
Load balancing needed to be predictable
- Redis
Databases were too slow for everything
- Kafka
Systems couldn't handle real-time data streams
- Vault
Secrets were being stored everywhere
- Consul
Services couldn't find each other
- Helm
Managing Kubernetes configs was messy
- ArgoCD
Deployments needed to be automated properly
- Istio
Microservices communication became complex
- Cloud providers
Managing hardware was too slow
- Linux
Needed control over systems without limits
Tools don't win because they're trendy
They win because they remove pain
> Server + virtualization = VMs
> VMs + containerization = Docker
> Docker + orchestration = Kubernetes
> Kubernetes + GitOps = ArgoCD
> ArgoCD + infrastructure as code = a system that deploys itself
This is how modern software get shipped
