I’m in love with this sentence:
“The degree to which a person can grow is directly proportional to the amount of truth he can accept about himself without running away.”
As media, we have to be MUCH more careful about repeating things that anonymous people have said to us (without them being willing to attach their names), especially when those comments attack someone’s character
It’s hard because execs/coaches are rarely willing to speak on the record, but I don’t think the solution is repeating stuff irresponsibly that people are too cowardly to say out loud
I’m also guilty of referencing things that people have told me anonymously, but there’s a lot MORE things I haven’t repeated because it just feels unfair to do so. Think you have to really pick your spots.
