@SingtelSupport My internet connection has been intermittent for the past 2-3 months, with it down most of the time. Even when it’s connected, internet speed is extremely slow. When I called Singtel support, I was told to “off and on” my modem and router.
@SingtelSupport It occurs to multiple devices. If I’m right next to the router, connection is sometimes better than when I’m further from it. But most of the time, it’s not connected even when I’m near the router
Despite restarting multiple times, there is no improvement. Am I expected to restart them multiple times a day? It seems like restarting my appliances or replacing them are the only advice that were given. Even now, I’m using my 4g because there is no internet connection at all
