Finally,
To end our lessons today,
If you eat BEEF HEART, you won't be heartbroken.
If you eat OXTAIL, your back will hit those backshots.
If you eat BEEF KIDNEYS, you'll learn to filter toxic people, drama, and bad decisions.
If you eat BONE MARROW, your excuses will lose their skeleton.
If you drink BONE BROTH, your joints will stop negotiating every time you stand firm.
If you eat BULL TESTICLES, you will stop simping and asking for permission to exist.
Eat food, not products

Today, @MinofHealthUG together with the Civil Aviation Authority, Ambassadors, and airline operators serving Uganda, discussed the unfair travel restrictions imposed on Uganda due to the current Ebola situation. Uganda has been transparent from the outset, promptly sharing information and implementing robust measures that have consistently prevented the exportation of Ebola cases beyond our borders.
While we appreciate the need for vigilance, blanket restrictions undermine confidence in countries that report outbreaks openly, and are not commensurate with the actual risk. We thank the countries and airline operators that have kept their borders and routes open, demonstrating confidence in Uganda’s evidence-based public health measures.
Outgoing Internal Affairs Minister Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has accused the police department of undermining his leadership. Speaking on his tenure, Otafiire revealed that operational challenges began after the departure of Maj. Gen Geoffrey Tumusiime Katsigazi who served as the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) for the Uganda Police Force from January 2022 to May 2024. He also briefly served as the caretaker IGP. He was replaced in May 2024.
