@ChrisPirillo Confusing people whether they should be upset about your pronunciation of GIFs, or rage bait about AI is a strategy! For those that go forth and do, the gifts have never been more bountiful - and as you point out the side effects can benefit others if they are accepting.
@mattworkman Codex/Claude have had pretty decent 3d understanding for months now. No Blender needed. Fable was even better of course.

Vibe 3D level design with GPT-5.5 Codex (First attempt!). Generates C++ CSG code to directly construct and edit the 3D map.
No Unity/Unreal or traditional 3D editors used.

@timsoret It was getting good at decompiling and recompiling machine code directly which has implications. Latent abilities are being found since GPT ~5.3 onwards. Despite corporate and political shenanigans, I think we are at that stage and they did find something concerning.
Looking at it more closely it looks like SDF primitives triangulated with marching cubes.
My early experiments included directly generated mesh data, extrusion primitive modelling, quake style CSG brushes, and SDF was next on my list after I finish physics articulations.
