Thank you for making #Democracy360 a powerful reflection of our motto: Democracy from every angle. Over the past three days, we indeed explored democracy from every angle—from the Revolutionary War to law and civic norms to economic opportunity to music as a form of civic expression. We danced, clapped, learned, and connected with thousands of you.
We hope to see you again at future events hosted by the Karsh Institute—where we bring people together to build a better democracy for all!
*And a special thank you to our partners, @TheAtlantic and @myVPM!

Statement by President George W. Bush:
"Today, a young man was murdered in cold blood while expressing his political views. It happened on a college campus, where the open exchange of opposing ideas should be sacrosanct. Violence and vitriol must be purged from the public square. Members of other political parties are not our enemies; they are our fellow citizens. May God bless Charlie Kirk and his family, and may God guide America toward civility."
