I just walked into the new double drive-thru, double pick-up Chick-fil-a in Warner Robbins. I parked in the back having to walk to the very front, passing “Employee Only” signs. My point: if your building design is this hostile to pedestrians, make it a drive-thru only store.

- Lower minimum lot size to 2500sqft
- Exempt 3 and 4-plexes from site plans, expediting approval from 1yr+ down to 60 days
