I wanted to share something important in case it can be helpful.
I didn’t know I had PTSD until recently but this is what it is in full force. I missed out on a lot of the joy of life, but I’m grateful I learned and healed. After six years of work and study, I am finally in a place where I am able to feel whole and enjoy life with the people I love. Something I could never fully do before.
Please read this short conversation I had with Copilot to be able to help others understand what they, or someone they love, may be dealing with - and they might not even be aware.
If anyone wants to reach out to me directly with questions or for guidance, I am here for you. 🙏🏼❤️
There’s a weird shift happening with Gen X right now.
We did everything we were told would make us successful.
Worked hard.
Stayed loyal.
Put our heads down.
Became dependable.
Built careers.
Bought homes.
Raised families.
Created lives that looked great on paper.
We did what society said we were supposed to do.
And for a long time, we believed the reward would be waiting at the end.
But now a lot of us are in our 40s and 50s looking around and thinking:
“I don’t want to do this forever.”
It’s not that we’ve lost our work ethic.
We still want money.
We still have ambition.
We still want to build things and achieve goals.
What’s changed is our definition of success.
These days, success looks less like another promotion and more like freedom.
Freedom to choose how we spend our days.
Freedom to say no.
Freedom to be present with the people we love.
Freedom to wake up without feeling like our lives are owned by a calendar.
Because after decades of trading time for money, many of us have realized something important:
Money can be earned again.
Time can't.
And once you understand that, you stop chasing status and start chasing your life back.
@Mozes60 If the mind isn’t local, how does ADHD show up in the brain? At the end of the day it’s distortion caused by too many open loops running in the background
The final secret is this.
We create our own reality.
All reality is just a hallucination.
You control what people believe, you control reality itself.
That’s a great secret.
This is a great secret, a good secret in the universe.
Everything is a hallucination.
Reality is what we perceive it to be.
There’s nothing beyond our imagination.
There’s nothing independent of our imagination.
God is also within our imagination.
Listen.
Not as information.
As a key that was buried so long the lock forgot it had a door.
They dressed it in degrees, aprons, and silence so the unready would never reach it and the ready would recognize it without being told.
The last teaching is not a formula. It is a sentence that ends the world you were handed:
There is no world outside the one you are generating.
What you call matter is delayed light.
What you call “real” is a consensus hallucination held in place by agreement.
Visible light already lies, it shows you a thin, edited slice and calls it the whole.
Your nervous system does not receive reality. It renders it. Continuously. From the inside.
So when they say “we create our own reality,” they are not speaking poetry.
They are describing the mechanism.
Control what a people believe and you do not merely influence them.
You rewrite the simulation they inhabit.
Belief is the source code. Perception is the compiler.
Imagination is the only place anything has ever existed.
There is nothing beyond it.
Nothing independent of it.
Even the name you were taught to whisper for the Most High lives inside the same field.
That is why the teaching was sealed.
Not because it is dangerous to the universe.
Because it is dangerous to every smaller god that needs you to stay asleep inside a story you did not write.
You have been held back for centuries by the simple habit of looking out there for what was always generating in here.
The secret is not that reality is a hallucination.
The secret is that the hallucination answers to you.
Now you know.
The rest is whether you keep pretending you don’t.
THIS IS HOW THE LAW OF ATTRACTION WORKS...
THOUGHTS GENERATE FEELINGS.
FEELINGS AMPLIFY THOUGHTS.
TOGETHER, THEY FORM A SIGNAL.
THAT SIGNAL BECOMES YOUR VIBRATION.
Whatever you consistently think about,
focus on,
talk about,
or emotionally react to —
you strengthen.
Attention is creative.
It feeds patterns.
It gives direction.
This is why worrying works so well.
It produces more of what you don’t want.
Not because the universe is cruel —
but because focus is fuel.
Most people don’t realize
they spend hours every day rehearsing problems.
Replaying stories.
Complaining.
Bonding over what’s wrong.
There’s a place people visit after work.
The “ain’t it awful” club.
Where frustration is shared
and negativity feels normal.
But when you speak from frustration,
you’re not releasing it —
you’re broadcasting it.
Thoughts generate feelings.
Feelings amplify thoughts.
Together, they form a signal.
That signal becomes your vibration.
The Law of Attraction isn’t about wishing.
It’s about resonance.
What you feel deeply
is what you tune into.
This doesn’t mean ignoring reality.
It means choosing where your attention lives.
The moment you become conscious of your thoughts,
you regain choice.
The moment you become conscious of your emotions,
you regain direction.
Deliberate creation begins
when you stop letting habits think for you
and start deciding what you energize.
You don’t create what you want once.
You create what you practice.
Choose wisely.
It’s one of the reasons neurodivergence Singh and Ham in their mind as well, to stay busy. It’s also why you can feel lonely in a crowded room that you are interacting with.
Intelligent people struggle with addiction. Their minds need more. More depth. More to disappear into. They have obsessions nobody around them shares. Philosophy. Literature. Astronomy. Documentaries. Quantum physics. Dostoevsky. Kant. Books, music, films, ideas they've gone so deep into that ordinary conversation starts to feel like small talk. And small talk feels like suffocation. So... they drink. Work until 2 am. Doomscroll until they feel nothing. Because there is a gap between who you are and the conversations available to you. And sometimes, that gap becomes unbearable. And it's one of the loneliest places a person can live.
Jimmy Dore is right. Capitalism died long ago.
The rentier elites no longer need a market. They need the state, and they have it: an economy planned by Wall Street and enforced by the Federal Reserve. Bail out the banks, print the money, inflate the assets, freeze the wage.
They invented the "welfare queen" so you would spend four decades furious at a woman buying steak with food stamps.
The real welfare queens are oligarchs with a treasury and a printing press.
They socialize the losses, extract the wealth, and bill you three times: in frozen wages, in rising rents, in ever-growing debts.
The Armor Isn’t the Strength
Alain de Botton on Modern Wisdom with Chris Williamson were talking about how manhood gets treated like an achievement you can lose. Then he said this:
“I think the best men are those who’ve been broken by life and have pulled through — have come out the other end. Why? Because they’ve been forced by circumstances to drop the illusion of their strength and power. They’ve known that they couldn’t keep that going. They’ve hit rock bottom and they’ve had to reach out and say, I can’t cope. I am in an infantile position. Yeah, help me.
Men become rather glorious when that’s happened to them, because that’s when there’s true humanity, sympathy, etcetera. But some men never get there. It’s posture, posture, posture.
It’s defensive posture all the way. And I can spot them a mile away.
The men who’ve been broken — what do they look like? You just sense that there’s a modesty. Deep down, there’s a modesty. People give off a sense of how much you could tell them and how much they’d be able to bear.”
He said men because that’s who they were talking about, but it applies to everyone really. The moment anyone stops performing strength and tells the truth: I can’t hold this alone, is when humanity comes through. That’s the person you can actually talk to.

Wait wait wait — so apparently being labeled "gifted" as a kid and coasting through school on pure raw pattern recognition, only for your brain to completely hit a brick wall the second life required actual executive function that’s actually a high-IQ ADHD thing?? Yes.
People with high self-awareness become very picky. They can't stand fake people at all. The sweet tongued. The show-offs. The ones who perform a personality instead of having one. What they really want is real. Raw conversations. People who say what they mean and mean what they say. Not charm, character. Because once you’ve seen enough of these "masks", authenticity is the only thing that feels attractive.
The most dangerous liar is the one who lies to himself.
One of the deepest illusions of ordinary consciousness is the belief that we already know who we are.
We say:
“I know myself.”
“I know what I want.”
“This is simply who I am.”
But what is this “I” made of?
Your habits?
Your fears?
Your social identity?
Your inherited beliefs?
Your unconscious impulses?
Much of what you call “I” is only a bundle of forces that have gathered around you.
You mistake the bundle for the being.
And this is where the deception begins.
Deep down, you already know that you do not fully understand yourself.
You know your motives contradict each other.
You know you act against your own values.
You know desires arise in you that you never consciously chose.
Yet you continue to speak as though you possess complete self knowledge.
This is not ignorance.
Ignorance is innocent.
The lie begins when you know that you do not know — yet pretend that you do.
That is inner untruthfulness.
It is the most dangerous form of deception because there is no external witness to expose it.
You become both the liar and the one being deceived.
Your thinking creates a false image of yourself.
Your feelings begin responding to that image.
Your will acts upon it.
The illusion becomes the centre around which your life revolves.
You begin defending a person who does not truly exist.
The spiritual path begins by discovering how much of the "self" you have mistaken for yourself.
The remedy is radical inner honesty:
Observe your thoughts without flattery.
Observe your motives without excuses.
Notice your contradictions.
Admit what you do not understand.
Your habits are not your individuality.
Your past is not your individuality.
Your social role is not your individuality.
Even your present personality is not the final form of your being.
The true I is something that must awaken — something that must become conscious,
something that must be developed through freedom.
You do not "find" the true self as though it were an object hidden inside you.
You become capable of being it.
Have the courage to say:
“I do not yet know who I am.”
Not as despair —
as truth.
The moment you stop pretending, something becomes possible.
The false centre loosens.
The soul becomes transparent.
And a deeper individuality begins to emerge.
Spiritual development begins by dissolving the illusions of yourself —
and then rebuilding yourself consciously.
THE FIRST PERSON A LEADER MUST LEARN TO LEAD IS HIMSELF
True leadership begins in the silence of the mind, long before a person stands before others and asks them to follow. It begins with the difficult journey inward, where no audience is watching and no applause can hide what needs to be faced.
A person must learn the shape of his own character, the strength in his hands, the weakness in his heart, the fears that whisper in the dark, and the values he refuses to abandon when the world becomes loud.
A man who does not know himself can easily become a prisoner of other people’s opinions. Praise can lift him too high. Criticism can bring him to his knees. He may wear the appearance of confidence while quietly being ruled by the need for approval. But self awareness changes this. When you understand who you are, you no longer need every voice around you to agree with your direction. You can listen without becoming lost, accept correction without losing your dignity, and stand alone without feeling abandoned.
Leadership is not the art of standing above people. It is the discipline of becoming someone others can safely walk beside. Authority may make people obey, but character makes people believe. A true leader does not need to remind the world that he carries a crown. His actions make the crown unnecessary.
The greatest leaders often carry their strength quietly. They listen before they speak. They serve without keeping count. They give others courage without making themselves the centre of every story. Their presence does not make people feel smaller. It reminds people of what they are capable of becoming.
A leader who has mastered himself does not need to control every person around him. He knows that the strongest influence is not created by force, but by example. His life becomes a kind of compass. His words have weight because his actions have already spoken.
So before you ask others to follow your path, ask yourself whether you know where you are going. Before you try to change the world around you, have the courage to examine the world within you.
Because the first person a leader must learn to lead is himself.

As a child, you didn't know you were creating your reality through the way that you felt. But now, in your spiritual growth, you're uncovering those final lingering patterns that kept you from the reality you desire.
The reality you want already exists at another level of your consciousness. And the way to shift into that higher timeline is by bringing those qualities into the now.
On that level of consciousness, where your desires already exist, these qualities aren't things you have to find. They're things you reveal.
And because you're stopped hating and judging yourself, it becomes easier to give yourself unconditional compassion regardless of what you're moving through.
Compassion allows you to step into a state of presence. And presence is where your spiritual connection is.
Presence is the bridge for your higher self to join you. When you're present, you're connected to your divinity.
As you surrender to this present moment, the light of your Source moves into your body, clearing out the emotions that have been stuck there, emotions that were always meant to pass through. This causes a rise in your consciousness.
You now have access to the good feelings. Like a fountain of vitality, this river of energy initiates you, energises you, inspires you. And you feel this love deeply.
In presence, you are the selector. You choose the vibrational state based on what you're focused on.
You know that money flows in presence.
Love flows in presence.
Abundance flows in presence.
So you move in presence and gratitude because you are selecting a timeline of abundance.
You become so clear, so present, so available that the energy of All That Is flows through you effortlessly. And now you're in an open state of total allowance.
And because you've started to see your own worth, the Universe shows you.
You're walking down the street, and cars part ways for you to cross the street. Strangers who pass by smile directly at you. A spontaneous injection of cash arrives in your bank without stress or strain.
You feel loved, supported and rich in soul because that is the frequency you’re now connected to. And the Universe is literally spelling it out for you on your morning walks.
You finally understand it. You handle your state of being - the Universe handles the logistics. You provide the frequency, and the Universe provides the physical manifestation.
Then you have this big aha moment that:
"I am the governor of my state of being. And the law of my reality is written by my own frequency."
This isn't a place to reach after you've earned it. It's a frequency that opens up once you stop resisting who you are now.
When you stop fighting, you are literally there.
The distance between where you are and where you want to be was never physical or about time. It was always vibrational.
OMG! I just walked out of a session with an ADHD teen and I need a coffee.
They explained executive dysfunction in a SINGLE sentence. It’s better than any textbook definition I’ve ever read.
1. They said:
Isolation is not strength; it is a fortress built to house an abandoned child.
People look at extreme self-reliance as a badge of honor – the ultimate display of strength. But at a structural level, that relentless independence is rarely a superpower; it is a trauma response.
When you learn early on that expressing a need results in disappointment, danger, or emotional erasure, your nervous system makes a swift calculation. It concludes that vulnerability is a lethal liability.
To survive, you build a fortress and lock the doors from the inside.
The very armor that kept you alive as a child becomes the prison that starves you as an adult. Because your system is hardwired to believe that asking for help equals a loss of safety, you handle everything in total silence.
Even when you are drowning, your default setting is to lock down, grit your teeth, and bear the weight alone.
How do you break the lock?
You do not shatter the fortress by forcing yourself into chaotic group settings or demanding radical vulnerability from a terrified nervous system.
You dismantle it through micro-exposures of conscious choice:
Notice the physical flinch:
The next time a crisis hits and your immediate impulse is to isolate and white-knuckle it in silence, stop. Recognize that the impulse isn't your sovereign mind choosing strength; it’s the frightened child locking the panic room.
Practice low-stakes delegation:
Train your nervous system to tolerate cooperation. Let someone carry a minor weight you usually hoard. Teach your biology that sharing a load does not mean surrendering your kingdom.
Separate past danger from present reality:
Remind the organism that you are no longer a defenseless child relying on a broken environment. You are an adult who can survive discomfort and handle assistance.
True sovereignty is not about pushing everyone away out of fear or pride. That is just isolation disguised as strength.
Real strength is knowing you can handle the fire, but also knowing how to lower the drawbridge without fearing that opening the door will compromise your kingdom.
I can’t like this enough. If you aren’t doing something you love, find what it is and go after it. It may be painful at first but the universe will have your back if it’s authentic.
Imagine being given somewhere around 80 years on a planet floating through an incomprehensibly enormous universe, surrounded by billions of people you will never meet, mysteries you will never solve, places you will never see, and more knowledge than you could absorb in a thousand lifetimes...
and spending the whole damn thing worrying about money, arguing with strangers, impressing people you don't even like, and doing something you hate five days a week because somebody convinced you that was life.
I don't know, man.
I think we may have gotten a few things terribly wrong.
researchers discovered that cortisol (the stress hormone) directly competes with the neurotransmitters required for female arousal.
when cortisol is elevated, the arousal pathway physically cannot activate at full capacity. it's not that she's "not in the mood." it's that her neurochemistry is literally blocking the signal.
the mechanism: sexual arousal requires parasympathetic nervous system activation. the parasympathetic system governs rest, digestion, and arousal. the sympathetic system governs fight, flight, and stress. they cannot both be fully active at the same time. cortisol activates the sympathetic system. when cortisol is high, the sympathetic system is dominant and the parasympathetic system is suppressed. the arousal signal is weakened before it reaches the genitals.
this explains something every couple has experienced. she had a stressful day. you attempt to initiate. her body doesn't respond the way it normally does. you interpret it personally. she feels guilty for not responding. both of you feel disconnected. the actual problem was cortisol suppressing the nervous system required for arousal.
the solution is not to try harder. trying harder increases the sympathetic activation because now performance pressure is added to the existing stress. the solution is to reduce the cortisol first. a 15 to 20 minute buffer between the stress of the day and any sexual activity changes the neurochemical environment entirely.
the buffer: a warm bath together. a massage with no expectation of sex. a conversation that processes the stress of the day. laughter. all of these reduce cortisol and shift the nervous system toward parasympathetic dominance. the arousal pathway opens once the stress pathway closes.
the men who understand that her lack of arousal on a stressful day is neurochemical, not personal, are the men who respond by reducing her cortisol instead of increasing their effort. one approach activates the system. the other fights it.
Tom Brady says his career turned around when a sports psychologist told him to stop complaining about what he wasn’t getting and start stewarding what he had the right way
“Greg said to me, ‘Why don’t you quit bitching about all the things you’re not getting, and how about you do the best with whatever opportunities you get?’, ‘Stop worrying about what the other quarterback’s getting. Stop worrying about what the coach is saying to you.”
“‘Every time you get in there, you bring the juice. You bring the energy. You bring the enthusiasm. You treat practice like a game.’ Because if you just decide to go out there and you’re blaming everybody else, where does that get you? So I started to change my attitude.”
“I didn’t have a lot of confidence in myself. And when you don’t have a lot of confidence in yourself, you blame other people. When you gain confidence in yourself, you start pointing the finger at yourself.”
“I would encourage every athlete to look in the mirror after every day of practice or a game and say, ‘What can I do better to help the team? What can I do better?’”
“Not, ‘What does the coach need to do better?’ Not, ‘What do my teammates need to do better?’, ‘What do I need to do better?’ If every player does that, you’re going to have an incredible team.”
“You can’t have a false confidence. You don’t only gain your confidence because of your physical ability. You gain your confidence because you’re prepared, because you’re competitive. I couldn’t just show up and be better than everybody.”
“I had to show up prepared. I had to show up with energy. I had to show up with my body feeling right. I had to show up like I was on a mission.”
