We are all unique and there’s no measure in a single one of these categories to define “success” - I encourage everyone to figure out a vision of what they want and shoot for that and just put patients first, if you’re accomplishing your goals and treating patients well, success!

Even when the THA were on the list and folks went home POD1- need an inpatient admission and the medical director of hospital had a templated note that I think went in the chart that the patient was doing unexpectedly well and was appropriate for dc home.
