I’m 24 and I’m building my first startup.

It’s called GetOvr.

After going through heartbreak myself, I realised just how lonely it can get when you feel like nobody truly understands what you’re going through.

So I’m building a platform where people going through breakups can connect, support each other, make friends and even meet people nearby.

It’s not a dating app. It’s a place to help people move on.

I’m building it from scratch, and I’ll be documenting the entire journey here.

No idea how big this could get but let’s see where this goes.

I’m considering bringing someone on board to help scale my app through organic content, rather than paying for traditional marketing.

Would love to hear from anyone who’s done this.

The problem? I have absolutely zero app development experience.

How difficult is it to turn an existing website into an iOS app?
