I’ve just begun using @AwesomeLabsLLC. Meal tracking has never been so simple! 🥗🥦🥑🌮
It's the fastest and easiest way to keep a meal diary I’ve found until now! And it even may improve your artistic side ;-)
@QuantifiedBob Oh! I signed up immediately after reading this post. I've tried it for at least my last week of lunch and dinner pictures and it is... AWESOME, as thus honoring its name.
The only "drawback" I've seen is when selecting pictures from different days, it uploads them on same date.
@mike_lustgarten@EricTopol Not very reassuring, definitively.
Anyway, he 24 vs 26 states seems a randomized experiment to see if masks works, after all (ironic for a "leader" so "scientifically minded" to allow such a large-scale study) =:-O.
@sprague@mike_lustgarten@OpenHumansOrg I've got mine last week. Doing some research about thresholds/references when you're on a quite extreme intervention lifestyle on delaying aging. Lots of questions, little literature.
Regarding RHR, look at macronutrient ratio, fasting regime and above all, timing, those things.
@mike_lustgarten@sprague Last night overeating increases my HR significantly. Always. Infections also do it, about one day before my fever goes up. I’ve never overtrained enough to see any difference in RHR or HR.
@mike_lustgarten@ElleryCelereee Sure. Some HIT now and then could be good, as for instance go upstairs at max speed instead of getting an elevator, or some more structured exercise if you like it... My protocol is just to train the organism so to use fat as the primary fuel 24/7 increasing metabolic flexibility
