If anyone is planning on signing up for @optimum internet in the near future I would highly encourage you to think twice. Their customer service is a joke. At least they won’t have to bury the wire that has been lying on everyone’s lawn since July 2025. 😂
Not for sure how this company has not went bankrupt with the crappy customer service I have received since last August. This is my neighbors yard. @optimum
@OptimumHelp@optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.

Been over 6 months since Optimum said they were going to fix this. What a joke! I’m sure it will get damaged and will be someone else’s fault. @optimum Piss poor customer service
@AGCHanaway You can’t even provide adequate roads and bridges across the state or adequate funding for teachers. The last thing the legislature needs to be worrying about is high school sports.
