@BMO tried to add contact to bank account. Y’all had to send a code, none came, I hit resend. Now you locked me out of my account. Called # on card like instructed to. Your email to recreate new PW didn’t work. Still locked out. on hold for over 50 min so someone else can help!

@Rogers Been a longtime Shaw customer. They were always good with their CS Tried to renew our bundled services in store many times. Wait time while 1 or 2 agents there was not helpful. Went in to a Roger’s kiosk directly to renew with the Disney+ incentive & the #agent didn’t…
