I appreciate the response but think you’re missing the point. During a time of great financial distress, financial resources should be deployed with the utmost scrutiny. If we’re about to raise property taxes 10% across the board, shouldn’t we also start cutting nonessential programs? Especially programs that target ways to reduce mta fare revenue?
@NYCMayor NYC has a massive budget deficit that’s going to result in tax hikes which will affect every New Yorker regardless of class. Can someone please explain how paying four city workers plus every additional cost associated to sit and assist with decreasing MTA revenue is a productive use of taxpayer money?
How to make the NBA Cup more important for teams: Add a 33rd pick to the first round and give it to the Cup winner
Benefits everyone. Tell me why it wouldn’t work @NBA
Had the pleasure of running into @Proudjew today. Every Jew in New York City needs to be proud now more than ever. At least be courageous enough to simply say “what the f*ck is going on?” A majority of Mirandi’s voters are young, white, and college educated. This has nothing to do with actually changing anything and everything to do with what’s popular today on social media. It’s gross to watch people like Schumer that will bend the knee to stay relevant. Scary times ahead for the second largest Jewish population in the world and we have to stay together, proudly. @PhuckYourVax
Move as many U.S. military units to friendly countries (UAE, SA, Israel, Egypt etc) and let Israel do their job. If Iran destroys our bases, it’ll just be a catalyst for the defense markets. Zero U.S. casualties has to be a requirement for action.
“The aggression towards Iran” -> this guy is a hack and knows nothing. Iran funds every single terrorist group that fires at Israel. Its only allies are Russia, China, and North Korea. Not even the other Muslim countries will rush to their defense! If there were 20 Jewish states and one got attacked, the other 19 would come to their defense. No one wants to be associated with Iran and Israel is clearly the US’s proxy army to ensure a stable region. Hating Jews/Israel might’ve been popular before but I think he missed the boat.
I don’t disagree with any of this but it doesn’t go far enough and focused too much on the significance of an Ivy League education. As a society, we immediately associate anyone with a degree from these schools to be the top leaders in the world. Having a HBS degree is the prerequisite for believing your personal superiority over everyone else. Newsflash - these schools create fake classes, B.S. degrees, and kowtow to student demands to the point where grades, attendance, respect, dignity, and LEARNING are immaterial as long as it helps to flow the foreign money into the institution.
For example, what a freaking phenomenal deal for Qatar: all it takes is money (which isn’t a problem) and from there become the piggy bank for whatever an administration wants to do, so long as it aligns with what Qatar’s personal goals.
People don’t realize that this isn’t Jews vs Palestinians. This is the western world vs German citizens in the 1920s when hitler was becoming mainstream. It only took him 13 years to take over all parties in Germany. But during those years, he converted every willing person to be on his side (mainly the young students) and got himself voted in. It took less than a month for the biggest antisemitism movement to get into full effect on every Ivy League campus. I don’t disagree with the comments made but I also think that that’s only hitting a small piece of the point. For example: it all of your colleges funding comes from Qatar, wouldn’t it make sense that the focus is to ensure the college is meeting Qatar’s standards.
@MarkAntony82972@mr__scorpy@RyanRozbiani Israel has conducted the safest urban warfare in our history. The civilian to combatant death ratio is better than any modern (WW1-now) war. How is that possible if it’s all random killing ?
