MUHOOZI CONTINUES ILLEGAL UPDF DEPLOYMENT INTO DRC – A VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW 🚨

🔴 General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has escalated Uganda’s illegal military intervention in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), deploying more Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) troops despite international condemnation.

📢 Uganda’s presence in DRC is a blatant violation of international law and the sovereignty of the Congolese people.

🚨 VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW 🚨

1️⃣ Ugandan Military Deployment Without DRC’s Consent
•The continued presence of UPDF forces in Eastern Congo is an act of aggression that disregards the sovereignty of the DRC under the UN Charter (Article 2.4), which prohibits military interventions without consent.

2️⃣ Support for M23 Rebels & Destabilization of Eastern DRC
•Multiple UN reports have linked Uganda and Rwanda to providing logistical and military support to the M23 rebel group, responsible for mass killings, sexual violence, and the displacement of thousands of Congolese civilians.

3️⃣ Past Violations & War Crimes
•Uganda was ordered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in 2005 to pay $325 million in reparations to DRC for war crimes committed during its previous illegal occupation (1998-2003).
•Muhoozi is repeating history, defying international law, and risking new war crimes charges.

⚠️ WARNING TO GENERAL MUHOOZI & UGANDAN REGIME

📢 You cannot escape accountability. Uganda’s deployment of UPDF forces in DRC is being documented. War crimes, illegal occupations, and human rights violations will be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

📢 If Uganda continues its unlawful military intervention, economic and military sanctions will follow. No country or leader is above international law.

📢 DRC is a sovereign nation, and its territorial integrity must be respected. The world is watching.

📍 @DRC Government – Demand international action and present Uganda’s violations to the UN Security Council.
📍 @UN & @ICJ – Enforce Uganda’s past war crimes reparations and prevent new crimes against humanity.

🚨 Muhoozi, Uganda’s military adventurism in DRC will not go unpunished. Uganda must IMMEDIATELY withdraw its troops and stop violating international law. 🚨

General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, son of President Yoweri Museveni, has publicly threatened opposition figures, including Dr. Kizza Besigye and members of the National Unity Platform (NUP), in a shocking display of state-backed intimidation and hate speech.

🔴 Muhoozi openly declared war on NUP:
“Let me apologize to Ugandans for the actions I’m about to take on NUP! They are going to suffer!”

🔴 He threatened Dr. Kizza Besigye with harm and used racist language against another opposition figure:
“After I finish with Besigye, I’m coming for this Baboon. I still need all his monkey teeth.”

💥 This is a clear incitement to political violence and targeted assassination. The world cannot remain silent.
