What’s the optimal strategy for preserving cardiovascular health over the lifespan?
Dr. Ben Levine, a distinguished sports cardiologist, offers this tailored exercise regimen for those dedicated to achieving peak cardiovascular health:
Long Fun Session: Include one weekly session that lasts at least an hour and is enjoyable, such as playing tennis, dancing, or biking.
Moderate to Vigorous Intensity: Two to three days a week should involve moderate to vigorous exercise. The activity should pass the "talk test"—you can talk but can't sing.
High-Intensity Training: Once a week, perform a high-intensity workout like the "Norwegian 4x4" routine.
Strength: Include two days of strength training per week.
If you haven't listened to this episode yet, you must! I highly, highly recommend it. It's on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple podcasts.

All the best people have an incredibly positive-sum outlook on the world.
They help other people to achieve more, do better, find love, and so on.
And their lives are enriched by it.
Holidays can be tough if you're in a hole. To those of you who are struggling right now, I’ve been exactly where you are too. It sucks. It's painful. It's isolating. Be patient. Be kind to yourself. It may feel like an impossibility, but it can get better. Keep going. Stay.
