DXed or not I know that a *lot* of “Gifted” kids who grew up to be extremely Burned Out Autistic Adults.

@AutisticCoach_ I was misdiagnosed as bipolar for those - not lithium! None of the antipsychotics helped.

Writing them down so they’re out of my head sometimes helps. Like stream of consciousness journaling. That way they’re not ricocheting around anymore.
