Not once during this, did they have the courtesy to call and inform, we had to call multiple times to follow up. Now they say fridge has to be taken. Who is making this decisions about part & taking to the warehouse without checking? the person who checked it, didnt deduce this
Worst experience with Samsung Support. 1st fridge tech said its gas issue, some1 will fix it, then Sc says its a part, they will order & fix. Tech comes & leaves the part saying another tech will fix it. New tech says part wasnt reqd. Its 15 days now. Pathetic.
