Doesn't usually work. Will lead to polarity collapse and that's the asymmetry. Only way it doesn't lead to polarity collapse is if the woman is exceptionally intelligent, highly paradox tolerant and parentified (meaning she had adult responsibilities as a child and effectively became a woman before she became a girl).

So rare types of outlier women can do it, but yes, at the population level you are correct to think it is not a man fathering a woman and a woman mothering a man with an erotic component, but just a man fathering a woman with an erotic component. The former is incredibly rare, the latter is pretty much romantic relationships.

Most women would "get the ick" and not be able to hold the contradiction that their lover symbolically inhabits the roles of both father and son, and thus could not love him from both angles. It is something of a skill issue. But a common one.
