Ya’ll. If you work in a #library, be a team player regardless of your education. We are all working for the same purpose: to serve the community who uses the library. If you feel tasks are beneath you get out. You’re not a team player and your coworkers know it.
Over-diversification in Public Libraries is a major problem, we take on anything & everything in a desperate attempt to justify our own existence/worth BUT it’s damaging & exhausting especially to the frontline staff who are constantly forced to do more with less 🤷♀️
