Teachers don't leave because it's hard. Teachers are some of the hardest working professionals I know. They leave because the expectations and demands become more unrealistic every year.
Teachers are the heart of education, but we can't expect them to constantly inspire students when they're overworked, underpaid, and dealing with issues like overcrowded classes. We must invest in their well-being, reduce unnecessary red tape, and prioritize education.
Please don’t respond to entire staff regarding issues of one person. Address these concerns privately with the individual. Handling conflict face to face may not be easy but is key. Responding to all makes the innocent feel like they’re in trouble & this crushes morale
