This govt is pushing through statutory instruments which mean a minister can effectively decide law without recourse to Parliament on your pensions, consumer rights & freedoms & 4,000 pieces of law.

The first test is this week....and @UKLabour is not, so far, supporting a "Fatal Motion" in the Lords to stop it
