Absolutely disgusting. I just pulled my bag down from the overhead bin on a @JetBlue flight and it’s soaking wet. Hate agents all but roll their eyes. Baggage office told me the bag was “in my possession.” I sure hope the measly voucher covers the damage. 1/

I know y’all don’t follow me for food content, but I feel like you should know @jinyaramenbar puts shellfish in their chicken broth and poke sauce (salmon). It’s not at all listed on the menu. Thankful for the diligent server who helped me avoid a catastrophic meal last night.

Thanks for ruining my evening @TMobileHelp. Spent over an hour on the phone with 7 different people trying to get into my account that *you* locked me out of to no avail. However, your agents were quick to send me 15 unsolicited texts in a 3 minute period (in English & Spanish!)
